This patient didn’t like her small lateral incisors (peg laterals). The rest of her front teeth were healthy and with fairly good alignment. With a conservative approach we did: teeth whitening , enamel recontouring of the two front teeth (smoothed out the jagged edges) enamel recontouring of the upper left canine (to correct rotation and alignment), and two porcelain veneers (on the lateral incisors). After these minor changes the patient was thrilled with her new smile. |

This patient had gaps, very small lateral incisors (peg laterals) after finishing her orthodontic treatment, and a natural yellow shade of teeth. Due to her young age we had a very conservative approach. With teeth whitening, gum recontouring and just veneering the two peg lateral incisors, we gave her a more confident and radiant smile. |

This patient had a bad bite that was causing damage to her teeth, muscles, and TMJ joints. She had frequent headaches and constant muscle fatigue around the jaw area. She had severe loss of tooth structure at the gumlines (abfraction lesions) caused by flexing of the teeth while bruxing/ grinding. She was also unhappy with her smile and had uneven shade of teeth. Due to years of bruxing and clenching, she lost tooth height and vertical dimension of the bite. She had periodontal plastic surgery to cover the exposed roots. Using neuromuscular dentistry techniques and a combination of porcelain veneers and crowns, we were able to restore her bite to the optimal position, getting rid of the pain, the headaches and TMJ symptoms; and giving her a gorgeous and healthy smile. |

This patient wasn’t happy with the short crown on her front tooth. She didn’t like the way her smile
looked in photos, her smile looked uneven and the front tooth looked short. With a soft tissue diode
laser we did cosmetic laser gum recontouring, to match the height of the adjacent tooth, and a new
“metal-free” all-porcelain crown was placed. The results are fantastic and she is very happy with her
beautiful smile! |

This patient wanted to replace the porcelain-fused-to-metal bridge on the upper left teeth and
also wanted a lighter shade of teeth. Originally, her teeth were the same shade as the old bridge.
After the “Teeth Whitening” was done, you can see the difference between the porcelain bridge and her natural
teeth. With a combination of porcelain veneers and a new “metal-free” bridge, we gave her a youthful white smile. |
